The Initial Discovery Consultation is a FREE 15-minute phone call designed to determine whether WellPathNP is the right fit for your healthcare needs. This time provides dedicated time to discuss your health concerns, goals, and history, while reviewing our integrative, functional medicine approach and care model. This visit does not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services. Lab work may be ordered at this time for review during Initial Consult visit.

Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness rather than managing symptoms alone. This personalized, systems-based approach includes a comprehensive health history and targeted laboratory testing to evaluate nutrient status, metabolic function, inflammation, and other underlying imbalances. Based on these findings, an individualized care plan is developed, which may include nutritional optimization, lifestyle support, and evidence-based supplementation to restore balance and support overall health across multiple body systems.

GLP-1 medications work by enhancing satiety, reducing appetite, and improving blood sugar regulation, helping support weight management and metabolic health.
$350 per month includes the cost of medication for a 1 month supply and your montly virtual visit.

$150 - 60 min Initial Visit and Certification
$75 - Follow-up visits and Recertification
Care includes education, certification in Minnesota, and ongoing support in accordance with state regulations. Specific care plans designed for each individual based on needs.
State Recertification is Required Yearly.
